Community Celebration of World Water Day in Hope
Great times were had by all at a community celebration of World Water Day in Hope, BC, hosted by the WaterWealth Project and local organizers. The evening featured music, open-mic (stories, poetry), stories/music from Ish da Fish, children's activities, and food! Soup, stew, buns & bannock. Featuring Ish da Fish!

WaterWealth Project Community Mapping Blitzes
Throughout Canada Water Week (March 18-23), the WaterWealth Project will be bringing community mapping blitzes to public spots across the region. Here's a few photos from a mapping blitz at the Fraser Valley University.

WaterWealth Project Launch Party Photo Album

The WaterWealth Project opened its doors in the Fraser Valley on March 2, 2013 with a campaign launch party. Brought together by a shared drive to protect the wealth in the rivers, lakes and groundwater of the Fraser Valley, the project team and volunteers met with over 100 interested community members.
