After some much needed post-election rest, recuperation, and reflection, the WaterWealth Project convened for a lengthy strategic planning session. Some key elements of this plan emerged that we're hoping you volunteers could help us flesh out with a nitty-gritty action plan.
Please join us next Tuesday, June 11th at 6:30 PM at WaterWealth HQ, 45668 Storey Avenue in Sardis BC for Part 2 of the WaterWealth strategic planning process. With your help, WaterWealth can stay active on the ground to ensure continued momentum in this effort to protect our home waters!
The Liberal government has committed to modernize the BC Water Act, and we're excited to collaborate with our elected leaders and help them remain accountable as they represent our community and our precious water.
Along with ensuring that a strong new Water Act be enacted, the team at WaterWealth has some other plans up our sleeve too. We look forward to your brilliant minds helping to write the fine print of the plan and then participating to pull it off in the coming weeks and months!
If you have any question--or can't make the session but want to share some ideas--please don't hesitate to call me at 604-798-8990, or email me at [email protected].
Hope to see you there!
